Theme evenings 2008/09

On selected evenings, buffets are served at Hyttan Kök & Bar. Fill your plate with delicacies
from one of our appreciated and satisfying theme buffets.

Everyone is welcome to Hyttan Kök & Bar, young and old. That's why we also provide a child friendly buffet for everyone up to the age of 12. After dinner, our friend Filurius may show up with a surprise for our youngest guests. Hyttan Kök & Bar is open every day; Wednesday and Thursday we serve dishes from our a la carte menue.

Game and Swedish classics
Monday and Saturday, the kitchen offers some of the best food from the Swedish larder.
Local produce, including the autumn's harvests of apples, chanterelles, morels and lingonberries.
Enjoy smoked elk and salmon, sourced from local forests and lakes.

Chilli & Salsa buffet
Tuesday is salsa night! The chilli & salsa buffet is a firm favourite with everyone when we
take on the Mexican kitchen. Minced elk meat, fresh salad, taco shells and nachos, tasty
cheeses and dips form the recipie for a delicious and successful meal.

Barbecue buffet
Friday is barbecue night in the restaurant! You are welcome to enjoy the barbecue classics,
made out of local products, all with the very best quality. Get pleasure from our barbecued
beef, drumsticks, thin spareribs and caesar salad with chicken. On the buffet you
will also find delicious sauces, newly baked garlic bread, barbecued vegetable and more.

Pizza night
On Sunday, Hyttan Kök & Bar has a pizza night. Our luxurious, freshly-baked pizzas
with a wide variety of toppings and fillings are enough to get anyone's mouth watering.
